Glory Bound

A testament by Pastor Troy Husted

My glory bounds in the presence of my King! A glory so renounced, my soul bows before his mejesty. For it is through the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus that I live. Created for a purpose to worship and delight in His glory.

Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.(2 Corinthians 4:16-18)

For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shine in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.(2 Corinthians 4:6) For it is this light that shines bright upon my heart.

A light so radiant and so pure, igniting my heart with such passion and reverence to the Lord. The Master of my soul, I confess with great joy and jubilee. Alive and created by the wonders of His handiwork. For it is this season and time the Lord created for me. For years of turmoil, trials and tribulations I spent aimlessly upon this world. Dwelling in such despair and anxiety of what the world commanded us to be. To be enticed to edugle in the worlds delight. Promises of success and fame, to only be broken, despaired and downtrodden. A fantasy only blinded by lust and greed to simply lose it all.

For what burdens the world brings upon us? A life of toil that only goes to vain. Working and toiling in labor to gain the best, but touched by grieve, suffering and hopeless gains. O' how foolish we are to such lies that we can simply be gods and idol over the things of the world.

Wounded, abandoned and forgotten! My corspe laid decaying on a roadside path, until a Savior came and lift me up. So, merciful and wonderful was His touch. Healing the scars of years gone by.

A whisper of such great authority breaking the chains of oppression. My heart re-energize in the warmth of His glory, placing a new beat within my heart. Love filled my heart, never to imagining such love. So, pure and holy is this love, shrouded in mercy, forgiveness and grace.

A new breathe, a new Spirit ignites my soul to the splendor of my King! A rejoice and celebration delights my soul as a love struck child. To yield and surrender my life to the glory of His love. Manifesting throughout my soul, transforming this broken heart into the heart of God. O' how my soul rejoice in great passion! A passion saturating my very being. A light burning so bright for the world to see.

My glory is bound to my King! A name so renowned and powerful, for all the world to see. His glory moves my heart to pour His command to simply love and share the news. A command with such authority that delights my soul. For my hands and feet moves to the beat of His voice.

My voice shouts Hellelujah to the King. For Christ's anointing fills my heart to the heart of God. A calling, a purpose written upon my heart, Proclaiming the glorious love of our Heavenly Father.

We know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. (Romans 8:28-30)

Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.(Romans 5:2)

The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing. (Zephaniah 3:17)

Come to Him you, that are brokenhearted and let His love bring healing and new life. Surrender and welcome His light bringing new life in Christ.

Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.(Matthew 5:16)

For our glory bounds in the glory of our King and Savior, Christ Jesus! Forever and ever, A
